At Bar EuFora, classic cocktails sit alongside original creations. Hannover bartenders have developed cocktails that bring together local influences, international ideas and personal experience. Each signature drink has a story of its own. Some put a fresh spin on familiar classics, while others tell their own little story through ingredients, aromas and combinations. Thomas Immenroth brings this idea to life. His creations give the bar a distinctive style that is truly its own.
